EXHIBITOR AND SPONSOR OPPORTUNITIES
The Council of Administrators of Special Education, Inc. (CASE) is an international nonprofit professional organization with over 5,500 members in all 50 states and multiple provinces and territories. The CASE Academy of Law and Leadership is the place for professional learning via a partnership between school district special education leaders and school district attorneys emphasizing special education law. CASE is committed to practicing and promoting equity in all we do to honor belonging for all. With active members, record membership growth, and increasing conference registrations, the CASE Academy of Law and Leadership is the event to connect with special education leaders and attorneys nationwide.
As an organization, CASE greatly values our corporate partners and actively seeks new ways to connect CASE members to the resources supporting special education leaders and staff! The CASE Academy of Law and Leadership features various sponsorship levels, stand-alone sponsorship opportunities, and exhibit booths.

This innovative professional learning event will:
- Host teams of school district legal counsel and local district administrators/leaders will present together on legal guidance and district strategies for navigating challenging issues related to IDEA/504 requirements, court rulings, due process hearing outcomes, state-level complaints, and more.
- Provide proactive practices to avoid conflict and create restorative practices post-conflict.
- CLEs are available for attorneys who present and attend the Academy.
Registration: One FREE registration with the purchase of an exhibit booth. Two additional staff members may register at the discounted rate of $275 each. Any other additional staff members must pay the CASE conference registration fee. Exhibitor Meeting: CASE Staff will host a Zoom meeting for exhibitors and sponsors. The first meeting will be informational in nature; the second meeting will cover logistics and details for the conference. Please be watching for the dates and times for the meetings.
Exhibit Information
Cost: $1595 (Booths are 8 ft x10 ft) This includes:
- Conference registration for one staff member (this is the staff member who registers your Exhibit booth)
- Lead Retrieval
- Pipe and Drape
- One 6-foot table
- Two chairs
- One waste basket
- Custom 2-line black and white sign
- All meals/receptions
- Two additional staff may register at the discounted rate of $275 each. Any other additional staff must register at the regular conference rates ($595 CASE Member or $795 Non-CASE Member).

NOTE: Exhibit booth cancellations must be made in writing on or before March 7, 2025, in order to receive a refund (less 25% administrative cost). Refunds will not be provided for any cancellation after March 7, 2025. Sponsorships are non-refundable.
