THE DISTRICTS
Oklahoma City is divided into several districts. Each district has a unique design and feel to help with the healthy and vibrant community. These include:
  • Automobile Alley - This area of town was once home to more than 70 automobile dealerships. Local cuisine and cocktails are served in buildings that were once showrooms for Studebaker and Buick. This area has eateries, boutiques, and art.
  • Boathouse - along the Oklahoma River and is specifically designed for outdoor recreation. It is the official Olympic and Paralympic Training Site for rowing and canoe/kayak, but also has an ever growing list of outdoor activities for adventurers.
  • Bricktown - is a vibrant former warehouse district and boasts restaurants, shops, and nightlife. This district also includes the Water Taxi. Bricktown is near the conference hotels.
  • Britton - is part of OKC’s Route 66 revival and includes vibrant murals, vintage boutiques, live music and dining from coffee to southwest cuisine.
  • City Center - merges downtown with must-see attractions like the OKC National Memorial & Museum and the Museum of Art; explore the museums and hidden gems such as the Underground tunnels connecting  restaurants, businesses, and art installations.
  • Deep Deuce - This neighborhood is located between Bricktown and Automobile Alley. It was once known for its jazz music and African-American culture. There are many large scale apartments and condominiums with a fantastic walkable environment with a variety of restaurants, retail shops, and art center.
  • The Paseo Arts District - Located in the heart of OKC. There are galleries featuring both local and national art, along with an eclectic collection of boutiques and restaurants.
