LODGING
The conference is held at the Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza hotel.
The St. Louis Airport website provides information regarding baggage claim and ground transportation.

CONFERENCE INFORMATION

Conference App
Approximately one week prior to the conference, you will receive an email to download the CASE Conference App.  This email will also contain your login credentials to access the App. (You may need to check your spam based on your server’s permissions.)  If you do not receive this email prior to April 10, please contact CASE at [email protected] so that we can troubleshoot.
 
SCHEDULE AT-A-GLANCE: You will find the schedule at-a-glance on the CASE website. The detailed schedule and specific sessions will be shared on the CASE Conference Event App, as noted above.
 
CONFERENCE BADGES: Please wear your conference name badge at all times to gain entrance into all scheduled activities, meals, and events. 
 
REGISTRATION: Tuesday, April 22nd at 11:00 am - outside the exhibit hall and general session area 
 
EXHIBIT HALL: Please stop by the exhibit hall and learn about the many products and resources our exhibitors offer!  Exhibitors are vital to our conference success and we appreciate your support of them. Each attendee who completes our “Gateway to Resources” in the Exhibit Hall will be entered into a drawing. We will be giving away two free registrations to The 2025 CASE Conference in Oklahoma City, OK. Be sure to pick up your Gateway to Resources card at registration to participate in this fun event! 
 
RECEPTIONS: Join us in the Exhibit Hall for two fantastic receptions! Network with CASE colleagues, speakers, and corporate partners:
  • Academy Opening Reception, April 22nd 5:30-6:30 PM. Join us for light appetizers and a cash bar. It will be the perfect way to wrap up day one of the conference before heading out to dinner! 
  • Academy Celebration Reception, April 23rd  from 4:15-6:00 PM. Celebrate and network with colleagues with carving stations, heavy appetizers, and a cash bar.

Please note photographs and footage will be taken throughout the conference. These will be used by the Council of Administrators of Special Education (CASE) for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website, and on social media.
